How We Work with You to Create a Memorable Tour
At Austrips, we make planning a customised group tour simple, clear, and fully supported. From your first enquiry to the final farewell, our process ensures every detail is handled professionally and every client feels like the tour was made just for them because it was.
Below is exactly how we work with coach companies, travel agents, and group tour organisers.

Client (Coach Company, Travel Agent or Other Group) requests a tour.
We design a customised itinerary based on your input. This includes transport, accommodation, meals and experiences.
We continue to adjust this itinerary until you are happy.
The tour is costed, and we provide a detailed tour quote (with all inclusions and a per person cost based on minimum and maximum numbers).
You can ask to change anything in the tour quote and when you have accepted this quote all tour components are confirmed.
We keep in regular contact with you until the tour departure date.
Final rooming list is requested 9 weeks prior to tour departure. An invoice is sent to you.
The tour payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Detailed crew instructions, rooming lists and any meal preorders are provided 2 weeks prior to departure. We discuss these with the crew in detail and answer any questions they have.
The tour commences. We keep in touch with the crew as needed and am also available to meet the tour face to face.
Your tour concludes with many happy clients and memories.
You request another tour (2 years out is ideal to ensure you have all components you require).
